Please be aware that our stock is either Antique or Vintage, they are second hand, their will be evidence of their previous lives, with knocks, bumps, scratches, etc. We do only sell the items where we think this aging process has increased the items charms and appearance. We do try to give as accurate a description as possible,  including the items age, any damage or restoration work done.

Please take this in mind, if you are still not happy, please get in touch so we can re-home the item.

Please get in touch as soon as possible if you have any issues with your order.

Please photograph any damage to the packaging before opening, also photograph any damage as proof.

We will issue you with a Cancelation / Return form and how to return details.

Please be aware, it is the buyers responsibility for all return costs, including postage and packaging. Item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, (please make sure item is well packaged, please use additional packaging if necessary). If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Pepperpatina is not responsible for any return postage or damage caused in transit.

Refund will be issued when we receive the item, deductions for any damage to the condition of the item, loss in value to the item or for the repair costs likely to be incurred by Pepperpatina,                                                                                      When inspection has been completed by one of our team, a refund will be calculated and issued, we will keep you informed of this.
